Students are falling behind.
Academic standards have been lowered, distractions are rising, and too many kids aren’t getting the education they deserve.

CVSD has shifted its focus away from academic excellence — replacing high standards with political buzzwords and vague visions. Test scores are down. Classrooms are overwhelmed. Parents are frustrated and left out of the process.

This isn’t just disappointing — it’s a crisis of priorities.
It’s time to fix what’s broken and get back to what works.

Rob believes parents have a God-given and Constitutionally protected right to guide their children’s education, health, and upbringing. Families deserve transparency and respect — not interference.

Meet Rob Linebarger:

A Servant Leader for CVSD

Rob is a retired Naval Aviator who served with distinction for 23 years, including multiple combat tours after 9/11. After his military career, he's held leadership roles in three Fortune 500 companies, is an accomplished R&D Program Manager; Lean Six Sigma leader and practitioner; and experienced manager of large scale project and operational budgets.

But his most important titles are husband, father, and neighbor.

Rob has spent the last four years leading a grassroots movement to restore faith, family, and freedom in our community. He’s not running to build a résumé — he’s stepping up to serve.

As a school board member, Rob will bring proven leadership, Constitutional integrity, and a deep respect for families, teachers, and taxpayers.
